Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the website and services of Partners Clinical Consulting (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of our website and services immediately.

Definitions

“Client” refers to any hospital, healthcare facility, or organization that engages our staffing services. “Candidate” refers to any healthcare professional submitted for placement. “Services” refers to healthcare recruitment, permanent placement, travel nursing staffing, and related workforce solutions.

Services Provided

Partners Clinical Consulting operates as a healthcare staffing and recruitment agency. We connect healthcare facilities with qualified professionals for temporary, travel, and permanent positions. We do not employ candidates directly unless explicitly stated in a separate written agreement.

Use of Website

You agree to use this website for lawful purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or exploit any content without prior written consent. Unauthorized use of this website may give rise to a claim for damages and may constitute a criminal offense.

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide accurate information regarding staffing requirements, facility conditions, and role expectations. Clients are responsible for verifying credentials independently if required by internal policy. Any misrepresentation may result in termination of services.

Candidate Placements

All placements are subject to separate written agreements between the Company and the Client. Fees, guarantee periods, and replacement terms are outlined in those agreements. Verbal arrangements are not binding unless confirmed in writing.

Compliance and Credentialing

We verify licenses, certifications, and work history for all candidates prior to placement. However, final hiring decisions and compliance verification remain the responsibility of the Client. We are not liable for undisclosed information withheld by candidates.

Fees and Payment

Fees for services are outlined in individual contracts. Invoices must be paid within the timeframe specified in the agreement. Late payments may incur additional charges or suspension of services.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the business relationship. This obligation survives termination of the agreement.

Limitation of Liability

Partners Clinical Consulting is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by the Client for the specific service in question.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Partners Clinical Consulting, its officers, and employees from any claims arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate services or website access at any time for violation of these terms. Clients may terminate agreements according to the notice period outlined in their contract.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Partners Clinical Consulting is registered. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
